How it Works
With our streamlined website design & development process, you can get your perfect business website faster, better, and cheaper.
01
Strategic Planning & Website Design
Your website project begins with a 30-minute call to understand your business, goals, and audience, followed by creating a visual sitemap to outline your site’s navigation. Next, we design a custom homepage focused on your conversion goals and establish a cohesive “design system” that defines the visual elements for the entire site. The homepage is presented via an interactive link for collaborative feedback and revisions. Once approved, we move to development, using the design system to ensure a cohesive, branded look across all pages, streamlining the process without designing each page individually.
02
Website Development & Launch
Once the homepage is approved, we’ll swiftly begin website development, often completing this phase in just a few days. Your site will be hosted on a private staging link, accessible only with login credentials, allowing you to monitor progress at your convenience. We develop using a custom WordPress theme designed for SEO, ensuring your site is fast-loading, mobile-responsive, and tested across browsers and devices. Once you give the green light, we’ll launch your site, update your domain, and handle post-launch tasks like reCAPTCHA and SMTP configuration.
03
Website Hosting & Management
We host your website on secure agency servers with SSL, daily backups, and regular updates to PHP, WordPress, and plugins to keep everything running smoothly. Your managed plan includes one hour per month for content updates, with additional requests billed monthly. If needed, we can provide login access to both the server and your WordPress backend.
